Evaluator

Rachel, a new member of the UOFS team, has joined as a part of the evaluation of the work the UOFS team has been doing for the past three years. (She previously worked with the IFC, doing work around COVID response). With recognition that this work is deep, and it’s roots are bigger than three months of work can capture, she has done her best in trying to hold spaces so that honest, open conversation around the work being done can be had. She has spent around three months working with communities, community partners, and the UOFS team to understand the project, to celebrate the work communities are doing, as well as to see the gaps that still exist within systems affecting the work. She has seen the weight and beauty of the work on those holding relationships, and is humbled, and thankful to all who have shared with her.
